This is a South Park inspired cupcake pull-apart cake! The character you see here is a character named P.C. Principal. I made him out off fondant and did the accents with a black food marker. The red background of the quote cupcake is fondant. The wording is made of melting chocolate. The frosting for all of the cupcakes was buttercream, the cake was vanilla with sprinkles. I made the KMART sign with melting chocolate. It was a really fun cake to put together!
